Our clients have been able to settle large claims based on the evidence that we provided. We document the facts, preserve the visual evidence, and are prepared to testify in court whenever necessary.

We understand the necessity of getting to the scene quickly and preserving evidence.

Types of recording we offer

Photography
Photographs of injuries taken soon after they are sustained serve to illustrate graphically the severity of injury and degree of suffering.

Subsequent photographs can show permanent scarring, deformities and other cosmetic effects of injury.

They can also be used to show disorders of function, such as the inability to grip an object, or one-sided facial paralysis resulting from nerve damage.

Confidentiality

All appointments and records are kept in complete confidence. Our digital photographs are stored securely and original camera files are archived in their raw state. A complete audit trail is maintained for every image produced. Keeping the entire process ‘in-house’ helps ensure the greatest care of the material.

Presentation

Photographs and videotapes can be presented ready for use by a personal injury panel or in court. Photographs are normally labeled and signed by the photographer, presented on single sheets and bound with an index in a folder. Videotapes are labeled, boxed and accompanied by a short, signed statement by the photographer in charge stating that he/she has monitored the tape at all stages of production.

Appointments

Appointments for photography can be made by telephone, email or letter. The department is open from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., and we are normally able to make appointments for the same, or the following day.

Clients are very rarely kept waiting for more than a few minutes and photography rarely takes longer than half an hour to a hour.
